The other day I searched TaoBao for something and found a shop selling very cheap DC to DC regulators and LED voltage meters for only RMB5 each. I know the components only costs over 10 dollars. I suspect they are production leftovers, or factory outlets. So I ordered more than a couple each of them. Now they are on their way from Shanghai PuTong.
