LPC1114FN28/102 vs LPC1114FBD48/301

I got confused about the different versions of LPC1114.  So I googled the datasheet and clear my mind.

To summarize, comp;aring to 48 pin package, 28 pin DIP has fewer SPI, RAM, ADC channels, and GPIO.  So there is not much attraction for me.
